This is the easiest recipe for a light and refreshing summer treat! You can make a small batch using two or three individual serving yogurt cups, or a large batch using a full tub (32 oz) of yogurt.
Ingredients:
16 to 32 ounces yogurt (your favorite brand/flavor)
fresh berries (sliced strawberries and/or blueberries)
1/2 to 1 cup granola (any flavor, but I like using any of the chocolate flavors)
Spread yogurt onto a baking sheet that's lined with parchment paper in an even layer, smoothing it out with the back of a spoon or rubber spatula. Sprinkle granola and berries over the top and pop in the freezer for 2-3 hours. Break up into pieces and serve!
